Our Promise

We believe you should only pay for what you use. If this service isn't right for you, we make it easy to leave.

New Subscriptions — 7-Day Full Refund

Not satisfied in your first 7 days? We'll refund your full payment, no questions asked. Just contact us at support@speakwith.app within 7 days of your first charge.

Cancel Anytime — Pro-rata Refund

After the first 7 days, you can still cancel at any time and receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. If you're halfway through a monthly cycle, you get roughly half your money back — automatically calculated based on days remaining.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Account Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel
  2. Your pro-rata refund is calculated and issued automatically
  3. Confirmation sent to your email

One-time Purchases

Non-refundable once the service has been accessed.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of repeated sign-up and cancellation cycles.
